(1) Lists of candidates shall appear on the ballot paper in separate fields. The fields are listed in alphabetical order according to letter designation. Lists of candidates which have not been assigned any letter designation, cf. section 36, shall be stated at the bottom of the ballot paper in alphabetical order according to the list designation.
