(1) When the counting of votes in local and regional elections, respectively, is over, the results of the counts shall be recorded in the appropriate poll books, which shall be signed by the polling supervisors and the results shall be announced to those present. The chairman of the polling supervisors shall immediately notify the chairman of the local election committee who shall immediately notify the chairman of the regional election committee of the result of the
voting in the regional election.

(2) The voting material shall be packaged and handed over to the local council.
