(1) The regional election committee shall sign and hand over the election records to the regional council immediately upon tabulation of the election.

(2) If the regional election committee has made a renewed recount, cf. section 80, the ballot papers for the regional election shall be bound and packaged as specified in section 88(1) and (2), and be preserved and destructed by the regional council according to the rules of section 106.

(3) The regional election committee shall send a copy of the election records to the Minister for
the Interior and Health not later than on the day after tabulation of the election.
