(1) If a member forfeits his or her eligibility, the member must retire from the local council or the regional council, respectively, cf. however section 101(5) and (6) and section 102.
(2) The issue in relation to a member’s forfeiture of eligibility shall be decided by the local council or the regional council, respectively, cf. however section 101.
