Paragraph 25

By letter of 7 March 2024, Ms Zanda Kalnina-Lukasevica, the President of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, requested an Opinion of the Venice Commission on the amendments to the Electoral Code and to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Georgia as adopted by the Georgian Parliament. This Opinion is a Follow-up Opinion to the above-mentioned initial Opinion of December 2023.
