Notwithstanding the trial context of the Law, it introduces an alternative voting method for the next elections and referendum and the votes cast by post will be counted like any other vote. Therefore, the geographical scope of the Law should be carefully considered in order not to appear arbitrary or provide an unreasonable advantage for the political majority.
