Article 6 suggests that the postal vote must be exercised at the address indicated by the voter. This seems unnecessarily restrictive as it seems logical that persons voting by post fill out the documents wherever they wish to do so, provided they follow the guidance, do not breach secrecy and follow the rules in sending the vote back to the designated committee.
