Article 82
 

(1) On Saturday, at the end of the voting schedule provided for in art. 6 paragraph (11), the presidents of the electoral bureaus of the polling stations abroad, in the presence of the other members, shall take the following measures:


a) seal the ballot boxes by sticking paper strips on their openings, which they sign after applying the control stamp in advance;


b) insert the "VOTED" stamps in an envelope sealed by it and affixed with the control stamp;


c) conclude a report recording the number of unused ballot papers and the number of voters present to vote.


(2) Upon leaving the voting premises, after carrying out the operations provided for in paragraph (1), the president of the electoral bureau of the polling station seals all access routes to the polling premises with paper strips, which he signs after applying the control stamp in advance. It is forbidden to leave the voting premises with the control stamp, the "VOTED" stamps, the ballot papers or the electoral lists.


(3) On Sunday, at the beginning of the voting schedule provided for in art. 6 paragraph (11), the seals shall be lifted by the president of the electoral bureau of the polling station abroad, in the presence of the other members of the electoral bureau of the polling station, only after the integrity of the unused seals, the electoral lists and the ballot papers have been verified.


(4) The premises of polling stations abroad shall be video-monitored, under the conditions established by decision of the Permanent Electoral Authority at the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
