Article 9

(1) The member of the electoral bureau of the polling station shall be compelled to bring to the electors’ attention the name, surname and the position in the electoral office, by means of a badge that he shall wear visibly.
(2)In his relation to the other members of the electoral bureau of the polling station, as well as to the electors and the accredited persons, the member of the electoral bureau of the polling station shall be compelled to behave respectfully, with good faith, fairly and politely, and shall be denied any indecent behaviour.
