ROMANIA - LAW No. 208 of 20 July 2015 on the election of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, as well as on the organisation and functioning of the Permanent Electoral Authority
In case of loss of the Romanian citizenship, persons having turned 18 years old shall be removed from the Electoral Register, ex officio, by the Permanent Electoral Authority, based on the notification from the National Authority for Citizenship.
