ROMANIA - LAW No. 208 of 20 July 2015 on the election of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, as well as on the organisation and functioning of the Permanent Electoral Authority
The documents referred to in Article 42 paragraph (2) shall be remitted to the Permanent Electoral Authority by the diplomatic missions or consular offices, where appropriate, within 24 hours from their receipt, in compliance with the procedure set out in Article 93 paragraph (11).
