(1) Computer operators shall ensure, under the conditions established by decision of the Permanent Electoral Authority, uninterrupted audio-video recording of operations performed by members of electoral bureaus of polling stations for the counting of the votes.
(2) The president of the electoral bureau of the polling station shall ensure the transmission, by electronic means, to the Central Electoral Bureau of the photograph of the minutes on recording the voting results, as well as of the information resulting from the verification of the correlation of the data entered in the minutes on the recording of voting results.
(3) The records referred to in paragraph 1 and the photographs of the minutes referred to in paragraph (2) shall be carried out in the voting premises through computer terminals provided by the Special Telecommunications Service.
(4) The Special Telecommunications Service verifies the existence of the records provided for in paragraph (1), records the findings in the report of receipt of computer terminals upon receipt from computer operators and transfer them to a storage device. Video-audio recordings shall be kept for a period of 12 months from the end of the electoral period, according to the law.
(5) The Special Telecommunications Service makes available to the competent bodies to ascertain electoral contraventions and frauds or to prosecute offences, upon their request, copies of audio-video recordings provided for in paragraph (1).
