Article 118
 

(1) Within the meaning of this law, we understand by parliamentary political parties the political parties and organizations of citizens belonging to national minorities which, in the last elections for the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, met, individually or in an alliance, the electoral threshold and obtained mandates of deputy or senator or which did not participate in the last parliamentary elections, but at the date of triggering the electoral calendar for parliamentary elections have as members 7 senators or 10 deputies.
(2) Political alliances and electoral alliances consisting of at least one parliamentary political party are assimilated to parliamentary political parties.
