(1) Election date shall be set so that the voting day in Hungary falls between the seventieth and ninetieth day after the day when the election date is set.
(2) Voting shall be held on a Sunday.
(3) Voting day shall not fall on a public holiday according to the Labour Code, or on Easter Sunday or Whit Sunday.
