(1) After transferring to them the changes that took place by 10.00 on the second day before voting date, the National Election Office shall close the polling district electoral register and the list of voters who requested a mobile ballot box.
(2) The local election office shall print the closed polling district electoral register and the list of voters who requested a mobile ballot box not later than on the second day before voting day. The head of the local election office shall authenticate the printed polling district electoral register and list of voters who requested a mobile ballot box.
