(1) An appeal challenging a decision by the National Election Office regarding the central electoral register shall be submitted not later than on the thirtieth day from its adoption.
(2) An appeal challenging a decision by the election office regarding the polling district electoral register shall be submitted not later than on the third day following the receipt of the notification about the decision or, if delivery took place in accordance with section 13/E (2) a) ab), following the adoption of the decision, but by 14.00 on the second day before voting day at the latest.
