(1) A conclusive decision by the election commission regarding the approval of the data content of the ballot paper shall not be subject to appeal.
(2) A judicial review application against a conclusive decision by the election commission regarding the approval of the data content of the ballot paper shall be submitted so that it is received by the election commission that adopted the challenged conclusive decision not later than on the day after the adoption of the conclusive decision by the election commission. The judicial review application shall be adjudicated by the Curia. The court shall decide on the judicial review application not later than on the day following referral.
