(1) Return envelopes containing a vote under section 278 (4) a) may be mailed without having to pay the postage.
(2) The postal service provider shall be required to deliver, by 24.00 on the day before voting day, to the election office return envelopes under section 278 (4) a) that it collected or received in Hungary not later than on the third day before voting day.
