1. With the decision of the CEC, the Office shall delete a political party from its register, if:

1.1. after registration, it changes the internal acts of its organization and these changes
contradict Article 14 of this Law;

1.2. the registered political party does not submit the form to the Office to continue
its registration no later than 31st March of the calendar year. In case of failure to reregister
in accordance with this Article, it shall be deemed that the party will be removed
from the register of political parties;

1.3. it was voluntarily dissolved in accordance with its statute;

1.4. it was suspended and failed to act in accordance to the previously extended
deadline set forth by the decision of the CEC for suspension.
