1. A political party, coalition of political parties, or citizen’s initiative that has applied to be certified
to participate in the election shall submit to the Office a candidate list on the date and in the
manner established by CEC rules.
2. The CEC shall decertify a certified political party, citizens’ initiative or coalition if it fails to
submit to the Office a candidate list by the deadline set by the CEC.
