1. During the electoral campaign period, political entities shall, subject to the conditions specified
in the Code of Conduct, have the right to:
1.1. organize and hold public meetings/events, roundtables, press conferences,
speeches, or any other similar activities, at which they can freely express their opinions
in order to gain support from voters;
1.2. publish and distribute posters, advertisements and other material related to an
electoral campaign; and
1.3. campaign through any television, radio or cable operator, as well as via magazines,
newspapers, phone network, postage system or any other means of advertisement, in
accordance with CEC rules and other applicable laws.
2. Disputes regarding holding of any political event in public places may be considered and
resolved by the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel. Police reports regarding disturbances
at any political event shall be made available to the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel and
the CEC.
3. The CEC shall approve and publish the specific rules of the campaigning, which are related
to the notification and organization of political events, the rules for election postings and for the
involvement of elected officials in the electoral campaign, etc.
