Apart from individual responsibility for violations of any provisions of this Chapter punishable
by the Criminal Code of Kosovo, violations may also be referred to the Election Complaints
and Appeals Panel. The Election Complaints and Appeal Panel may impose sanctions on the
political entity found to be in violation of the provisions of this Chapter.
