1. Any person in the queue at the closing hour of a PS shall be allowed to vote if eligible. The
Queue Controller shall inform the last person in the queue that he/she will be the last to vote.
Any other person who joins the queue after that person shall not be allowed to enter the PS and
shall be informed of his/her inability to vote.

2. After the last person in the queue at closing time votes, the PSC Chairperson shall close the
PS seal the ballot box in view of the observers present, and mark the exact time of closure in
the Poll Book.
