(1) The submitter of the list of candidates and the nominated candidate have the right to appeal to the court the decision of the Central Election Commission on the approval of election results within three working days after the day of taking thereof.
(2) Submission of the application to a court shall not suspend the operation of the decision referred to in Paragraph one of this Section.
