After the counting of votes and the completion of the vote counting report, all valid ballot papers given as well as the invalid ballot papers together with ballot envelopes, unused sealed and invalid ballot envelopes and one copy of the vote counting report of the polling station commission shall be packaged and sealed. The authorised observers present also have the right to seal this package with their seals or sign on it regarding which a reference shall be made in the election procedure report. Unused unsealed ballot envelopes shall be packaged separately. Afterwards the polling station commission shall send the election materials to the local government election commission in accordance with the procedures laid down by the Central Election Commission.
