Persons who had the right to participate in the relevant council elections the result of which was revoked in accordance with Section 37.1 or Section 45.3, Paragraph one of this Law have the right to participate in repeated voting. If repeated voting has been announced in separate polling stations, the right to participate shall be held by the persons who participated in the relevant council elections in these polling stations.
