Examination on whether a person who is nominated as a councillor candidate has not violated the requirements of Section 9, Clause 6 of this Law shall be performed in accordance with the procedures specified in the law on the preservation and use of the documents of the State Security Committee of the Former USSR and the establishing the fact of collaboration.
