If the mandate of a representative elected in a single-member constituency terminates and the mandate is allocated to a candidate named by a nominating organisation, the candidate to whom the mandate is allocated shall be notified to the National Election Commission by the nominating organisation no later than on the thirtieth day from the seat becoming vacant.
