At the request of the competent organ authorised to process data in the course of elections to the European Parliament of a Member State of the European Union, the National Election Office shall, within five days, provide data from the register of citizens without suffrage as regards the suffrage of a Hungarian citizen who for the election to the European Parliament applies for registration in the electoral register in the Member State concerned or stands for election there.
