A number of provisions regarding data protection appear in the draft Law. Information about a voter may be given to other natural or legal persons only with the voter’s written consent. Data may only be transferred to law enforcement agencies only in accordance with a court decision. If the law is to permit transfer of data by order of a court, it needs to indicate on what grounds the court may issue or refuse to make such an order.
