Articles 87 to 99 set out the rules for contesting the results, in particular by creating a Referendum Litigation Office made up of 3 members of the CEP, three representatives of the lawyers and two magistrates. Hearings are public; decisions are taken by majority vote, are final and cannot be contested (Article 97).
