HUNGARY – Act CCXXXVIII of 2013 on Initiating Referendums the European Citizens Initiative and Referendum Procedure (as of December 2024)
A local referendum shall be valid if more than half of the voters have cast a valid vote, and it shall be conclusive if more than half of those voting validly have given the same answer to the question asked.
