(I) In the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia 120 Members of Parliament shall be elected according to the proportional model, whereby the territory of the Republic of Macedonia shall be divided into 6 election districts determined by law, each of which shall elect 20 Members of Parliament.
(2) The number of voters in the election districts may deviate at most from minus 3% up to plus 3% in regard to the average number of voters in the election district.
