(1) The election office shall indicate on the recommendation sheets the type of the election, the name of the voter who wishes to stand as a candidate at the election taking into account section 120 (5), the name of the nominating organisation or the fact that the candidate is an independent candidate, and a reference to the constituency. For joint candidates, the names of all nominating organisations nominating the joint candidate shall be indicated on the recommendation sheets.

(2) The election office shall hand over the recommendation sheets in the requested quantity to the requester or the voter who wishes to stand as a candidate at the election without delay after the request was made but not earlier than on the fiftieth day before voting day. The election office shall mark each of the recommendation sheets with a unique identifier.
