A list shall be eliminated if the nominating organisation withdraws the list, all candidates on the list drop out before the start of the voting, or if the National Election Office deregisters the nominating organisation that drew up the list or all nominating organisations involved in drawing up the joint list from the register of nominating organisations, candidates and lists before the start of the voting. The eliminated list shall be deregistered from the register of nominating organisations, candidates and lists and from ballot papers.
