(1) Voters shall confirm the receipt of the ballot paper by signing the printed copy of the polling district electoral register or, in the situations referred to in section 175 (2), the list of voters who requested mobile ballot box in their own hand.
(2) For a voter who is unable to write, two members of the polling station commission shall sign the electoral register, recording this fact in the register.
