(1) The National Election Office shall register in the postal voter electoral register voters with no address in Hungary who are recorded in the central electoral register on the basis of a request submitted not later than the twenty-fifth day before voting day. The National Election Office shall indicate in the central electoral register that the voter is recorded in the postal voter electoral register.

(2) In the postal voter electoral register only those requests for change may be recorded that are received on the twenty-fifth day before voting at the latest.
