(1) The head of the local election office shall determine the number of recommendations required for nominating a multi-member list candidate, a single-member constituency candidate and in a settlement with no more than ten thousand inhabitants a mayor candidate, and the head of the regional election office shall determine the number of recommendations required for drawing up a county list, in both cases on the sixty-sixth day before voting, and they shall publish it in a notice.
(2) When determining the number of required recommendations, the number of voters shall be established on the basis of the data in the central electoral register as of the sixty-seventh day before voting day.
(3) For determining the number of required recommendations, the number shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number.
