Section 307
 

(1) An appeal against a conclusive decision of the head of a local election office on the arrangement and review of single-member constituencies shall be submitted within the period for which the conclusive decision is published to the head of the regional election office, who shall decide on the appeal within eight days following the last day of the period for which the conclusive decision is published. A judicial review application against the conclusive decision of the head of the regional election office shall be submitted within three days to the competent regional court. The application shall be adjudicated by the regional court.


(2) The regional court shall


a) uphold the challenged conclusive decision;


b) amend the challenged conclusive decision ; or


c) annul the challenged conclusive decision and require the head of the regional election office to conduct a new proceeding.
