(1) The president and vice-president of the National Election Office shall, in accordance with section 57 (1) of this Act as introduced by Act XVIII of 2022 amending Act XXXVI of 2012 on the National Assembly and certain related Acts, make a declaration of assets by 5 August 2022 reflecting the situation on the day when the declaration of assets is made.

(2) The entity in charge of dealing with the declarations of assets shall retain the declarations of assets of the spouses, cohabitants and children of the president and vice-president of the National Election Office living in the same household with the president and vice-president of the National Election Office, respectively, that are kept by the entity in charge of dealing with the declarations on the day of entry into force of Act XVIII of 2022 amending Act XXXVI of 2012 on the National Assembly and certain related Acts until 1 August 2023.

(3) To proceedings related to declarations of assets pending on the day of entry into force of Act XVIII of 2022 amending Act XXXVI of 2012 on the National Assembly and certain related Acts, the rules in force on the day of commencement of the proceeding shall apply.
