Voters who are absent on the day of voting may vote before that day, but no earlier than five days before the day of voting and no later than two days before the day of voting. Voting takes place at a special polling station in the area of the district election commission.
Voting is conducted by the electoral committee, which is appointed by the district electoral commission in the manner specified in Article 41 of this law.
Ballot boxes and other voting materials are sealed after each end of early voting; they are unsealed each time early voting continues and before determining the outcome of the voting. The National Electoral Commission shall establish uniform standards for the protection of ballot boxes and other election materials during the period from early voting to determining the outcome of the vote.
