As many candidates are elected from the list of candidates as the number of mandates the list received.
Candidates are elected from the list of candidates in order of the share of votes obtained in the total number of votes in the electoral district or in the total number of votes in two electoral districts.
If two candidates received the same share of votes, the election between them is decided by lot.
