Re-elections are also held if, in the event of an appeal, the National Assembly or the Constitutional Court does not confirm the parliamentary mandate and the State Electoral Commission determines that it is necessary to hold re-elections.
Re-elections in the case from the previous paragraph are called by the state election commission.
