If the issue of a polling card is denied, an objection may be lodged. Section 22 subsections (2), (4) and (5) apply accordingly. The deadlines stipulated for serving the decision (section 22 subsection (4), first sentence) and for the decision on an appeal (section 22 subsection (5), fourth sentence) only apply if the objection has been lodged prior to the twelfth day before the election
