Resolution to hold referendum
(1) The Riigikogu decides to hold a referendum pursuant to the procedure provided in the Riigikogu Rules ofProcedure and Internal Rules Act. [RT I 2007, 44, 316 – entry into force 14.07.2007]
(2) The Riigikogu may not amend or repeal a resolution to hold a referendum.
