Expenditure relating to holding of referendum
(1) Expenditure for the preparation and organisation of a referendum is covered from the state budget.

(4) The expenditure of the population register relating to the registration of voters is covered from the statebudget out of the funds available therefor in the budget of the Ministry of the Interior or out of funds allocated by the Government of the Republic.

(5) Expenditure related to the organisation of voting in a foreign state is covered from the state budget out of thefunds available therefor in the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. [RT I, 11.07.2014, 1 – entry into force 21.07.2014]
(6) Expenditure related to the performance of the functions of the Information System Authority providedin subsection 2 of § 161of this Act is covered out of the funds prescribed for the activities of the Information System Authority in the budget of the State Electoral Office of the Chancellery of the Riigikogu.
