Definition of complaint

For the purposes of this Act, a complaint means a duly completed request filed with the National Electoral Committee for an act of the voting manager to be declared unlawful, and a complaint or appeal filed with the Supreme Court pursuant to the procedure provided in § 60¹of this Act against a resolution or an act made by the National Electoral Committee.
