Filing of complaint or appeal against resolution or act of National Electoral Committee


(1) Where an interested person finds that an act of the voting manager or a resolution or act of the NationalElectoral Committee infringes their rights, the person may file a complaint or appeal with the Supreme Court pursuant to the procedure prescribed in the Constitutional Review Court Procedure Act.


(2) A complaint or appeal against an act of the voting manager or a resolution or act of the National Electoral


Committee may be filed with the Supreme Court after adjudication of the case in the National Electoral Committee. The complaint or appeal is filed with the Supreme Court through the National Electoral Committee within three days after the communication of the resolution or performance of the act of the National Electoral Committee.
