The special duties of the electoral council

In locality where only one electoral precinct is established for holding local elections,  the District Electoral Council shall exercise the responsibilities of the Precinct Electoral  Bureau as well. The members of that Electoral Council are entitled to an increase of 5 %  of the allowance established under the Art. 45 (5), (8)–(10).
