Partial elections

(1) If, after elections, the established number of councillors has not been elected, the Central Electoral Commission shall, within 2 weeks, call for Partial Elections in one or more districts.

(2) In order to fill the vacant mandates, Partial Elections shall be conducted on the terms of Titles I, II and V.

(3) The date of the Partial Elections shall be set by the decision of the Central Elec­toral Commission at least 70 days before the Elections Days.
